| PLEASE- No Third parties. No SPonsorship is Available We are looking for a PC-Based developer for a 6 month REMOTE contract position. This is a PC standalone apps project- probably requiring .net, java, Visual Basic, C#,etc. Contract rate: Negotiable (DOE) Perhaps $45 or higher ( 1099 Only) Experience: Minimum solid *-5 years Microsoft Development Platform (e.g..net, etc.) or Java Deliverables/Description: - Create a standalone pc-based application including requisite documentation that will: 1. Read the HIPAA X12 277 transaction file and display the data in a human readable format. 2. Export the 277 transaction file to a standard format for import into 'Practice management' software packages. -- Beside the application, deliverables will include, for example: 1. Contribute to business design document 2. Create functional specifications 3. Create database design documents 4. Create Proof-of-concept including prototypes, screens, and application workflows 5.
